By using NoshUp you agree to use the service responsibly, in compliance with applicable laws, and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. NoshUp is provided as-is, without warranty, while we're in early access.

Your account

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to hold a NoshUp account. An adult account holder is responsible for the account, for keeping login credentials secure, and for everything done with it, including by other members of the household you invite.

Deals, prices, and meal suggestions

Flyer deals, prices, and availability come from third-party sources and can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. We do not warrant the accuracy of any price, discount, saving estimate, or deal end date, and we are not responsible for what a store actually charges you. Always confirm prices in-store.

Meal plans and recipes are suggestions generated automatically. They are not dietary, medical, or allergy advice. If you have an allergy or medical condition, check ingredients yourself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post material changes to this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use NoshUp after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.
